Changing CPD platforms? Your record comes with you.

Whether your provider is closing, you have decided to move, or your history has lived in a spreadsheet and an inbox, the hours you have already done are worth keeping. Accrue CPD takes your export, keeps the hours and CPD areas your previous provider assigned, and carries on recording from where you left off.

If your CPD platform is closing, the timing matters more than it otherwise would. The content stops first, which is inconvenient. The record goes when the terminal is switched off, which is permanent - and once it is off, nobody can retrieve it for you, not your licensee and not the provider. Export before access ends; that is the part that cannot be fixed later.

1

Export what you have

Almost every CPD platform lets you download your own completed-learning or CPD report from inside your account, and a spreadsheet you have kept yourself works just as well. If the platform is closing, do it now rather than close to the deadline: once a terminal is switched off, nobody can retrieve the record for you – not your licensee, and not the provider.

2

Bring it across

Upload the export to Accrue CPD. We keep the hours and CPD area classifications your previous provider assigned, map the underlying knowledge areas across, and preserve accrediting-body hours for any other memberships you hold. Re-running an import is safe, so nothing duplicates.

3

Carry on without a gap

Your CPD year continues from where it was. Paste a URL, paste text, or drop a certificate PDF, and the activity is captured, classified against the six regulated CPD areas, and evidenced. An audit-ready report is available on any day of the year.

What this does and does not require

Not sure whether your export will import cleanly?

Export formats differ between providers. Send yours to hello@accrue-cpd.com.au and we will tell you what comes across and what does not, before you commit to anything. No account needed.
